In an effort to do something awesome, I have decided that starting when school starts, I will attempt to host a thematic movie marathon. This will consist of watching one, maybe two movies per week until the 10 chosen movies fitting the theme have been watched. I have put an initial poll on the blog, to the side, so that people can choose which themes they like most. This is only an initial idea generating poll. If there are any movie theme ideas which have been left off the list, please feel free to suggest, though I don’t think specific actors or directors should count as a theme, since I’m looking to be able to include movies spanning comedy, action, drama, etc. with any of the themes.
Oh, and I would also like to know when people who are interested in partaking might be available.

i like movies. this should be fun...i voted for mobsters and fantasy. This will be a LOT of movie watching. I can probably come often since I obviously live so close, eh?
have you seen harry potter yet? i forgot that it came out in the states already. it comes out in turkey on august 10th, which is the day before i come home. i kinda want to see it here...hmm. So, how are you?

Yes, I have seen it. I enjoyed it. I'm doing pretty well.
